Sunrise Christian Preschool
Preschool Philosophy:
Sunrise Christian Preschool is a division of Orangewood Academy. The preschool philosophy is that all children develop competence at different times. We provide experiences that help children in their development socially, physically, emotionally, cognitively and spiritually. We want children to be actively involved in their own learning as they explore their environment using their senses. The preschool provides safe child care where children have fun and play as they learn. We want children to know how special they are as we nurture their independence and initiative. We are a Seventh-day Adventist Christian school that teaches Jesus' love for all.
We understand the parent, as the child's first teacher, has a unique role to play in a child's development. We will work to support and extend that parental role. Parents are encouraged to participate in their child's school experience by keeping communication open, participating in fundraisers, attending school programs and visiting their child's classroom.
Hours:
Monday to Thursday
6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Friday
6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Tuition varies depending on the schedule your child is enrolled in. We have full time and part time schedules. There is a $50.00 registration fee.
Please call 714-534-4694 ex. 661 and speak with the director to make an appointment to see the school, or to receive the parent handbook of policies and procedures. You may drop in with your child to look at the school any time.
