Melissa Olson - Receptionist
Melissa Olson feels it is a pleasure working as the receptionist for Orangewood Academy. Although born and raised on the lush green (rainy) Oregon coast, she has acquired a love for hiking and four-wheeling in the deserts and mountains of southern California with her husband, Bill. When there is spare time, they search antique shops for collectable piggy banks and postcards. After graduating from Milo Academy, Melissa attended Walla Walla College and Andrews University. While working at Orangewood Academy, she finished her A. A. degree at Cypress College.
As the mother of Jeremy Lloyd (1993 O. A. graduate), Micah Lloyd (1995 O. A. graduate), and stepmother to Jessica Olson (O.A. attended), and Jacob Olson (2000 O. A. graduate), she is a strong supporter of the school's dedicated teachers and the excellent academic program.
